I was in a predicament and needed new flooring installed in a very short time frame. Mark and Denise went above and beyond to help me select a floor that would best suit my needs and were able to get it ordered and installed very quickly. The installation crew did a wonderful job installing the engineered hardwood in my new home and replacing the carpet in my old home all within days! Both homes look amazing! We used Cincy Preferred Flooring to install luxury vinyl plank flooring on 2 floors and a staircase in our house. They were responsive and so easy to work with. Everything from the initial consultation to the installation was done quickly and professionally. They also had the best price of all the companies that gave us quotes. The team that did the installation was great! We only had to move our breakables and they moved the rest of the furniture as they were installing the flooring. They originally estimated 5 days for the project but finished in 4.
