Bryce came out to do my scheduled pest control and this is the first time I've been away while he was there. He left me a nice text letting me know that there were 2 small spots on the house that I should repair to avoid mice entering. I really appreciate that. He also sent a picture text of himself in front of me my home showing me that he was there.

Bryce was punctual and informative. He told us that the yellow jackets would probably live for several days, so I can't say yet whether they are totally exterminated. But I appreciate his advice to call if we still have them in a week, rather than waiting until our 30 day warranty expires.
