I love doing yoga at College Hill! I've practiced yoga for a long time, and I always learn something new when practicing with Aaron. He shares his knowledge of yoga and skill as a teacher with clarity and directness, but he also encourages you to be playful about the process. I have been practicing at College Hill Yoga for many years. Aaron is an amazing teacher. I appreciate the attention to detail and his seamless skill at accomodating student at all skill levels.I moved across town years ago so it's a farther drive than I would like, but totally worth the drive - even considering the price of gas these days. Adding the Zoom option during the pandemic has helped me to keep up my practice during a challenging time. These days I prefer to attend in person, buy having the Zoom options helps when I need it.I am an ergonomist, which means I am an expert at 'fitting the job to the worker' to prevent injuries at work. I have been studying Iyengar Yoga with Aaron Fleming for more than 10 years. It has been a wonderful experience both in mind and body. His expert instruction is the reason that I keep returning. He hones in on each student's practice and suggests appropriate adjustments for that individual. Iyengar yoga is for young and old ... a beginner can start at any age. If a pose cannot be attained to its fullest degree at the onset, props are suggested to aid in its completion. It really is a great type of yoga. I highly recommend College Hill Yoga.BTW...
