I had so many issues with scammer locksmiths before trying to find one with a local address, which is why I called Cincy Locks. The guy who answered the phone, Jake, was the same one who asked about the lock problem we had and set up an appointment with us within two hours. Jake was super friendly, professional, and installed a whole new front door lock and handle within a short period of time for a great price. He spoke perfect English (we had translation issues with all other locksmiths we tried) and our new lock came with multiple keys and has been working wonderfully. I lost my car key and didn’t have a spare. I called Cincy locks and they came within the same hour and had the key made in 20 minutes! He was also the cheapest locksmith out of the 10 I called!! I Highly recommend!!
He was very professional and very respectful. Gave me a great price for a key to my car. I thought I locked my keys inside he came out unlock the car less then 5 minutes while training his new employee I couldn’t find the kids so he mad me one in 10 minutes and he didn’t even charge me to get inside he just charge me for the new key $155 other places was charging 230 to 350
