Lynne Carroll Yoga Studio offers a variety of yoga classes for all levels throughout the week and mid week strength training. Great community!When I needed a new place to teach I found this studio and stayed because Lynne is a wonderful teacher with a big heart and the members are friendly. It's a great place to practice yoga.

Lynne is an experienced knowledgeable teacher whose classes are accessible for every body. All the teachers are great and offer a variety of classes. The clientele are friendly. The location is handy on Springdale Rd right off the Blue Rock Connecter by Soccer City.

I've been attending classes here for several years and I LOVE it! Lynne takes things at a gentle pace, giving several different variations for each pose depending on your level of yoga experience. I always leave feeling refreshed and energized. The price is great, her studio is always cool and clean (no weird incense smells), and she greets me by name every time I come in.
