I'm very grateful to have been introduced to Andrew. I had been struggling with chronic pain that has been worsening for years now to the point it was almost unbearable. After seeing many Dr's, countless chiropractors, and multiple massage therapists with absolutely no relief, I was referred to Andrew and it has been life changing. He not only began helping my pain from the first session, but he has given me the knowledge and tools to be able to maintain a better quality of life, and a life without pain. Thank you Andrew!!

Working with Andrew Gillihan has been more than an amazing experience! I can’t even put into words the inspiration he has given me to strengthen portions of my body that are needed to not feel the pain I have been in the last 7 years. After another knee injury I was heading toward knee replacement. Instead of using my orthopedics pt persons I went with Dr Andrew.Big Win. Over the last several months my knee/leg strength has improved significantly. The pain I was having is gone. All that remains is normal muscle ache from the workouts. I am able to move/function better than I have in years doing simpler exercises with less weight than I had been using.I look forward to the many miles of outdoor wildness that is ahead of me and finishing out my career pain free.
