Ver friendly customer service...both times from human beings! Just an FYI...I do NOT like your ai answering system. Waited MANY days for the technician to come and never showed.Very very frustrating.
They were not timely at all. I made my service request and scheduled a time and they pushed us back in time slot 2 hours at a time and finally arrived a day and a half later. If you desire quik service this is not the company for you.
Stephen was amazing. Kind, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable. He is the best you have. Please do whatever to keep him!! This is the second time I have had him come repair my lawn tractor and I have been overly pleased each time!!
