She is so sweet, personable, and made the whole experience so comfortable. I loved my first visit so much that I booked with her again before vacation, and she had next-day availability plus a Wednesday special that I was able to take advantage of. So happy I found her! From the moment I arrived, Nick listened to my concerns and tailored the session to exactly what my body needed. He has been very knowledgeable, gentle, and always checks in throughout the massage to make sure I am comfortable.
After my session, I felt noticeably less tense and more relaxed without the usual flare-up I worry about. It’s such a relief to find a massage therapist who truly understands chronic pain and knows how to work with someone who has fibromyalgia. I purchased a new furnace from Keifer Heating and Air Conditioning when mine quit working. They were able to put in in within days. Also, while it was out they offered to bring me space heaters to use so I wasn't left without any heat in my home.

Skip Cromer and his crew did an excellent job replacing the roof on my commercial office building. Pricing was fair and his crews were punctual and neat. We had an issue with a stubborn leak, but they returned quickly to resolve the problem and even paid for damaged ceiling tiles.

Our heat in one of our Church buildings was not working. All 3 furnaces would not operate. Called late in the day and Rechtin made sure that they would send someone that day. Zach arrived about 3:30 and determined that the gas line pressure was extremely high. The problem was that water had dripped on the gas meter and had frozen up the vent which was the cause of the high pressure. Zach not only stayed late but he also made the call to DUKE energy to come and make the needed repairs to the gas meter. Zack stayed and waited with me for Duke to arrive so that he could make sure that our 3 furnaces would operate properly once that the gas meter was repaired. I do not think that most HVAC Technicians would have stayed and waited for an hour for Duke to arrive. GREAT JOB ZACH ! Thank you to all of Rechtin Staff who made sure that we were able to get heat back in this building quickly.

My little dog woke up at 6:30 a.m. not acting right. Having left a message on the after hours number, Cindy called me as soon as they opened and told me to bring her in around 10:30 and they'd work her in. This place is great about working you in for last minute appointments. She was in and out within 30 minutes.
They've hugged me as I said goodbye to several dogs, cried with me and allowed me as much time as I needed. It's obvious that they love animals and I won't take mine anywhere else. Also, my dogs go in happily. That's not always the case at Vet's offices. If you're looking for a place to take your pets, I highly recommend BAH. They treat you like family and treat my dogs like their own. Everyone is great!
I had my hair cut by Andrea and she was wonderful! She’s very personable and she made my experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back to have her cut my hair in the future.
EDIT: I also had a customized facial by Olivia and it was amazing!!! I’m so excited to have found a one stop shop for my hair and skincare. I will definitely book a massage to try that out soon.
I recently had my eyebrow tattoos/microblading removed by Rochelle, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! 🙌🏻 The entire process was brief—taking only about 30 minutes—and it was almost painless. Rochelle was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the procedure, thoroughly explaining what to expect and providing detailed aftercare instructions.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that my eyebrows were almost completely removed on the first day. Now, just three days later, they've transformed from a very dark grey to a light yellow(almost flesh toned), and they're not even fully healed yet!
