I'm not very mobile, so a salesman brought samples for my wife and me to see. Installation was a breeze. We bought LVP flooring and Larry H and Rob H made sure I understood what was happening and that I was happy. These guys were so kind, and the floor is beautiful!
Had a terrible experience with another company.Cancelled that order and had McSwain come out and look at the situation.The salesman (Marvin) couldnt have bern more friendly or helpful.In no time had a LVP picked out and measured for.Price was actually much better than the previous company.When it came time for installation, had Ron and Barb as the installers.They did a fantastic job and had it done in 2 1/2 days.Couldn’t be happier with the results.Will highly recommend McSwain to anybody that might be looking for flooring.
This is the second time I’ve used McSwain’s and they did a great job again. They worked hard to get the installation completed in the promised time, even when confronted with some subfloor that needed additional prep!
