Palm Beach Tan is a tanning salon offering UV tanning and spray-on services. Reviews consistently note that the staff is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about both products and services. Customers report being greeted warmly and receiving patient, helpful assistance. The location is described as very clean, with beds that are super clean inside and out and always functioning. There is typically never a wait for a bed.
While many highly recommend the business, some find the prices a bit high and note that the initial sign-up can be expensive, involving a large startup fee and monthly memberships. A positive feature is the ability to pause a membership or tan at other locations. The company is clear on charges and fees, with everything easily accessible on its website. Some packages include a free spray tan, though a common complaint is that this free spray tan expires after a limited time, which customers feel should be available whenever they choose. Overall, it is recommended as a place for a quick tan, particularly during the Fall and Winter months.
Absolutely love Eastgate PBT! The girls are so friendly every time I come in. They are knowledgeable about tanning and the equipment. I have never had a bad experience in the 2 months I been coming into that store. Highly recommend this store and location.
Amber is the only employee at PBT that has made me truly feel relaxed and welcome. She will explain products and services which makes my experience a world of a difference with the last two employees I have had interactions with.
I visited this location for the first time and was greeted so friendly walking in! I had some questions and Whitney was SO beyond sweet, patient and knowledgeable about them all. I tanned in the Gold bed, which was super clean inside and out. Whitney helped me with the lotions and helped me pick the best one! I highly recommend this business, thank you so much again!! See you again soon!
