“Went in 15 minutes before closing (felt like a jerk) because my daughter had an ear infection. the pain was too much to wait until morning, but not serious enough for the emergency room (bc it’s not an emergency). They had us in and out in 10 minutes, with time to walk over to Kroger pharmacy to get her script filled (to start first dose asap). I’m sure they were annoyed we walked in right before closing, but they definitely didn’t show it or act like it (which, I appreciate because I didn’t want my daughter to feel guilty/bad for simply wanting to feel better). We will use this urgent care over little clinic from here on out.“
“CareFirst Urgent Care was a clean, well organized place that understood its primary goal of moving patients in/out of the facility. All employees were first rate including the Doctor, Nurse & administrators. My first visit was awesome & I would return in a heartbeat!“

Last week a different kiddo. Today we had to break down because the little one is not doing well. As always, they are quick and attentive. They address the concerns and keep checking until they find what is causing the illness. Still highly recommend.“
“The office was very very clean, well organized. The lady up front was very professional well kept thorough and a polite sweetie. Dr. Patel listened to me and got me right together and I thank them for that because I was feeling pretty bad! Got home took my meds and my energy meter is on the rise! This is my new home for urgent medical needs. Also first time doing teledoc and it was pretty cool“
“I was hesitant to go here today fpr my 9 uear old because we have been to this urgent care a handful of times before and in the past the provider was abrasive and judgemental. We ended up going because accessibility and hours are honestly the best compared to other local clinics/urgent cares, it's cost efficient, and to my surprise today was the first time I felt VALIDATED by the medical staff. We were in and out quickly and the providers on staff today were fantastic. It sounds like they have new staff and I am very pleased with who they have on board.“
“My daughter is a student at UC and she needed to be seen rather quickly. We got in and out fast. Everyone was pleasant. They ran a couple of tests and she was positive for the flu. They called her in a prescription and hopefully she is on the mend. I would recommend this walk in clinic if you can't get to your primary care.“

I didn’t have to wait long at all— with their online check-in, you don’t have to do all those forms & you’re already in line to be seen before you even get out of your car. It’s great!
