I love that the team welcomes you by name. They take time to show you the studio and well taken care of. I enjoy attending class and leave with a more relaxed mindset. I look forward to many more great experiences.

I’ve been to a number of yoga studios around Cincinnati, and while they are all good, embra is the best! All of the instructors are so kind, and there is a class for everyone. I always leave the studio feeling amazing, and can’t wait until my next class.

I’ve only gone to a few classes here at Embra, but know I won’t be going to any other studio but here! I love the environment… hot yoga is where it’s at! I always leave feeling so refreshed and in tune with myself. Highly recommend trying it out, especially if you’re a yoga newbie like me, you won’t regret it!
