“Had air conditioning failure mid week when temperatures were above 90. Had HVAC company check system and found air conditioning unit was fine but there was an issue with breaker box or wire connecting the breaker to the unit. I called Cooper at 7:35 AM, and the person answering the phone was quite knowledgeable and immediately focused on the need to service breaker box and update amperage of breaker to unit. Their techs were on site at 10am and had wire replaced, breaker box serviced and unit safety switch replaced by noon.
