I just had a walk in shower installed . It took about a day and a half. They did a fantastic job on the shower and cleaned up afterward. They were very understanding with the fact this was our only bathroom. I’m very pleased and impressed with the work that was done. If I’m asked to give them 5 stars I’d give them 6!
Affordable, fair, did exactly what they promised very happy with our new renovated bathroom Brian and Lexi did great. Very happy with their work
I would never hire this company again, which I regret to say. They did my bathroom in March 2025. Complete remodel. It was so poorly done, they had to do it all over again. First time 4 days, second time 3.5 days. Marcus was the salesman that gave me an estimate. Camron and Hector were the first team to come out. They did very sloppy work. They rushed it. Ken, the project manager, even said it looked like a bad DIY project. Details and pics are below. I called to complain, they offered me a 10% discount. And they did give me reimbursement for the 3.5 days of pto I had to use for the second round. They said anything more than 10% would void the warrenty of the work. Discount was really bad, especially for the stress. But I either had to take them to court and get my money back or lose out on money then hire a whole new company, or give them a second shot. I went the path of least resistance. They contracted another company to do the work, Canales Construction who did a good job. If you see Camron or Hector, run for the hills. I also have video recording of Ken (project Manager) and Daniel (owner) admitting it was a poor job the first go around. Although Ken was very nice, he didn't really correct any issues the first time. I figure a project manager would manage the project and make it run smooth? What do I know. Here is a list off issues and photos to accompany them. Labor issues: - Lights are too low, standard is apparently 80 inches mine is 76 - lights are not centered with vanity -vanity not aligned how I wanted, they didn't even ask they just put it in. Same with lights. - Hooks are still in the ceiling from previous lights. - Light switch isn't flush with the wall - Door won't close right anymore -door frame not flush with wall anymore - Wall are uneven everywhere (many are curved) - They didn't remove tile on the right of door, just covered it with a thick amount of mud (about 1 inch thicker than the rest of the wall). Very obvious - Floor tiling isn't even, notable spaces between tiles - Caulking is uneven in multiple areas, including shower - I was told that there was an anti microbial spray but he said they just use bleach and that I didn't need it. I saw visible mold - didn't remove the old flooring, was told they would and replace anything moldy or damaged underneath - damage to baseboards near vanity - Flooring not aligned/gaps with baseboard near toilet, near door - the floors don't feel even when walking toward the window - they removed the air vent that was in the bathroom and covered it completely with dry wall. No airflow and now it's freezing - didn't remove all drywall, just mudded over old drywall so there is noticeable creases between that and new drywall - outlet covers don't match - tub creaks when you step in the center, sometimes it's even a loud pop noise (no cement usage) - didn't install mirror - didn't install towel rods - didn't install medicine cabinet - mudding is everywhere. On lights, windows and door. Dust covering everything, didn't clean effectively. Professionalism: - started late Wednesday instead of tuesday (took work off tuesday) - Took a day longer than promised - Felt like a rushed job. They complained to each other how much they've been working recently and that this job wasn't an easy one. They didn't want to fix the complaints I had and said they'll get back to it - Was told the electrician didn't want to come up "this far north." - it wasn't communicated that I had only lights that plug into the walls, causing delays - electrician said "I don't even know what I'm doing here. They just told me to come up." Referring to what the project was and what he was suppose to do. His name was Tyrone - was told by Ken that the guy who did the work really only does plumbing and wasn't qualified to do all the tasks he was assigned - Ken said he wouldn't have the guy do his - Ken said it looks like a 2k DIY amateur work - t
