Sept 18, 2023 Team Purple, lead by Joanne, cleaned my home today. Prior to starting, Joanne always asks if there are any special areas or concerns...that's a good thing. Rooms, floors and furnishings are cleaned and smell wonderful at completion.Team members are courteous and congenial which makes the experience even better. The team arrived on time (it's unusual that they are late) and the call from the office a few days prior to the appointment is appreciated. We have been using The Maids cleaning service once a month since August 2021.Service: General housekeeping
