This shop is great. I went in yesterday to have keys made for my old front door. Home Depot doesn’t offer key making service for this old style key. The man who helped me in Golden Key Locksmith was so extremely nice and helpful. He was also extremely knowledgeable about that old style lock, and educated me about hidden buttons that allow you to lock the door without a key and how to replace the deadbolt if I ever want too. First time getting a key fob replaced. I called and spoke with Neal, who told me to order from Amazon and then they would program & cut the key. It went very smoothly and quickly. Nice business and excellent, friendly customer service!
Highly recommend Golden Key! Neal quickly diagnosed the problem with our patio door lock and helped me find the part we needed online. He came back once the part was in and took the time to show me what had broken and why plus how to prevent it in the future. Our door is over 10 years old and the lock and handle are now functioning like new again!
