First visit. Vibe felt off when I got there and I was a bit reluctant as I left my dog. No staff at the front desk and the Staff in the grooming area just stared at me while continuing to talk on the phone for a good 3-4 minutes. Not long, I know but just weird that there didn’t appear to be anyone willing to come speak with a customer. Someone eventually came out to check us in. Never introduced themselves. Not sure I had high hopes but the grooming was good and my dog seemed happy.
Joey was fabulous! I came in to balayage my hair and she was so helpful, fun, and nailed exactly what I wanted. The space is cute too, would definitely come back.

A couple of years ago I tried out KATS airbrush studio & I haven’t looked elsewhere since then. Kat is amazing at what she does & she always makes you feel comfortable. I’ve never had an issue with my tan but I know that if I did — she’d make it a priority to make it right.
I have had pretty bad seasonal depression this winter and sitting under a sunlamp or red light for five minutes really does help. I really appreciate the staff at this location. They helped me with a plan that was cheap enough for me to afford and it’s helped me so much with the body sadness (if you know you know). Luella was at the front desk this evening and was just a nice compassionate person who I could talk with for a bit free of judgment after a hard day and that meant the world. Thank you ♥️

The carpet installers did a great job. My only issue was trying to schedule them. They were supposed to call when on the way and they didn’t, so I was unsure what time to expect them. Otherwise the employees at the showroom were helpful.

But I just had a very large job (re-lining my underground sewer line) completed by Kyle Swanson's Highview Plumbing and they left a BIG smile on my face. Everyone in the company, both field and office, is highly professional, very thorough and very pleasant to work with. Phone calls are returned promptly, appointments kept to the minute and their advice is sensible and easy to understand. Their work product is absolutely perfect. The job involved a quite large excavation yet their careful restoration of my yard and shrubbery left no sign that they had even been here. Best of all, though, they are such nice people. I am the office manager of a dental office that used Karkela for a remodel/adding operatories. From start to finish they were amazing. Eric, our project manager went above and beyond what was expected. The communication from Chris, Brent, Matt, and Katie was timely and thorough. Every project has surprises, but they handled everything calmly. I have pre-paid for my 5 applications in advance and after the first application two weeks ago I am noticing both Dandilions and Crabgrass growing. I emailed about this and got no response. 2 days after the email with no response I called and explained to the person on the phone that I have dandilions and crabgrass growing. She stated that I am due for another appoitment in the next few weeks. I asked her so I should just leave the weeds as they are and she said yes because the next application will kill them. I find this very terrible customer service. I paid not to have weeds growing my yard and she says just leave them. I guess sending someone back out to correct their mistake is not a priority.***Update*** They called me back and apologized for the very general timeframe of when they will be back out. They stated they will be back out in the next two weeks and to let them know if the weeds continue

I found Lux Massage & Life Spa on Vagaro and it is one Best massages I have ever received! I have never had my shoulders and neck worked, and the tension released like that before. I would highly recommend a visit if you are looking for an amazing massage therapist who knows their stuff!
