Jenn is the BEST! She has been waxing my brows for 6+ years and I have been happy with the results every time. Within the last year I also added lash tinting into the mix. I was worried because my eyes are super sensitive, but Jenn does a great job of distracting from the discomfort! A few weeks ago I got filler for the first time. I was really nervous but Jenn walked me through every step and it was a great experience! She just has a way of making people feel at ease. Overall, working with Flooring Expo was phenomenal. We worked with Mitchell and he was awesome to work with from day one. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted in flooring. He was great. We had the flooring installed on September 3-4 this year. The detail that Guillano and his team spent on the install were great. Amazing attention to detail was awesome. The reason I gave 4 stars was the fact that they came up short with the flooring and it ended up having to be ordered and it was on back order. The communication could be a little more better. Was frustrating at times because I was not getting answers as to when it would be done. Well, today 10/3 it did get done and once again the installer who came out was awesome. Got it done in less than an hour and even fixed a little issue he noticed. Would I work with Flooring Expo again. Absolutely. Maybe some better communication, but everything else made up for it. So, Thank You to everyone. The flooring in the house is so beautiful now, and just in time for the holidays.

But I just had a very large job (re-lining my underground sewer line) completed by Kyle Swanson's Highview Plumbing and they left a BIG smile on my face. Everyone in the company, both field and office, is highly professional, very thorough and very pleasant to work with. Phone calls are returned promptly, appointments kept to the minute and their advice is sensible and easy to understand. Their work product is absolutely perfect. The job involved a quite large excavation yet their careful restoration of my yard and shrubbery left no sign that they had even been here. Best of all, though, they are such nice people. Ardmor Construction did an excellent job on our house and garage. They had both done in one day, very professional, courteous workers, my gosh aside from amazing professional work, both house and garage are amazing. The workers who put the roof on were extremely courteous and friendly and did an amazing job with our roof. I still go out and look at how nice my roof looks 4 years later.
But what really impressed me is how well they cleaned up. By the time they left before 7pm, the only way we knew they'd been here at all is by the new roof and the dumpster in the driveway waiting to go. They also came back the next day and looked for more clutter they may have missed and had the dumpster removed.
Seriously professional company and we have a 30 year guarantee on our roof, I am impressed with how well it looks now. If you need a new roof, look up Ardmor. They work with your insurance adjusters and with you to get you the best possible outcome. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

It's always a tough decision to find a contractor that not only is professional, delivers on what they say but stands by their work. I had been wanting to work with Karkela for over 10 years. As any project, there are always concerns, issues and complications that arise but Karkela is second to none when it came to addressing any and all my concerns.
To break it down, the transition from working with my original projecting budget specialist Roger to transitioning to Katie, these two made the transition as smooth as possible, addressed any questions I had and worked diligently to make numbers work and this was just the tip of the iceberg when it came to the overall professionalism and confidence I gained throughout the project.

I have pre-paid for my 5 applications in advance and after the first application two weeks ago I am noticing both Dandilions and Crabgrass growing. I emailed about this and got no response. 2 days after the email with no response I called and explained to the person on the phone that I have dandilions and crabgrass growing. She stated that I am due for another appoitment in the next few weeks. I asked her so I should just leave the weeds as they are and she said yes because the next application will kill them. I find this very terrible customer service. I paid not to have weeds growing my yard and she says just leave them. I guess sending someone back out to correct their mistake is not a priority.***Update*** They called me back and apologized for the very general timeframe of when they will be back out. They stated they will be back out in the next two weeks and to let them know if the weeds continue

The class always goes by super fast because you are just focused on pushing yourself as far as possible. They just put up a campaign that says "failing together" and that is exactly why I love this workout. You push to your limit in a very controlled way and you feel stronger for it.
