“Shortly after buying our house five years ago, it was clear that our kitchen wasn't working for us. With five kids in the house, food prep, cooking, and cleaning were harder than they should have been. Three doors and a wall of windows made for an inefficient floor plan. And the island made us constantly bump into each other. But once we found rot in our bay window frame, we knew we had to do something quick.

Kim and Scott from Prima came over to meet us and check out our kitchen. They listened to our concerns about our original kitchen and our ideas for the new one. They used their experience to expertly guide us through the planning stages. They weren't just professional - anyone can be professional. They were personable. No upselling, no pushing us into something we didn't want, no excuses. They came in, they listened to what we wanted, and they made it happen. We liked them from the start.

Communication was above and beyond. Kim answered emails very quickly and never left us in the dark. She was on-site, not just managing, but putting in the work herself. The craftsmanship is better than the resorts I've been to. The workers Kim brought in definitely knew their stuff. Milestones were set early on and met every time along the way. Kim put us in touch with highly knowledgeable people to help us pick out our new refrigerator, range, and range hood. Everything came together so well and there weren't any unpleasant surprises. Construction was completed on time and on budget.

Two of our main requests were more counter space and we wanted the kitchen cabinets to be red. Not reddish wood or a hint of red trim - we wanted Coke can red. And they nailed it without having to go through dozens of samples.

We ended up with a kitchen that fits the character of the house, which was built in 1947. This means that the design and function will hold up for years while trends come and go. We now have more storage space, more counter space, and a layout that allows the kids to get snacks while I continue cooking. No more bumping into each other. It's a safer and more functional space. And the kitchen feels bigger. Much bigger.

It's been a few weeks since Prima remodeled our kitchen, so we've had some time to live with it. When I walk into our new kitchen, I don't find myself rethinking anything. Our new kitchen just WORKS. We have absolutely no regrets.

Their price was lower than the other two quotes we had and they were able to start almost right away. Aleh and his crew were very hard workers. They showed up when they said they would and worked quickly. They were flexible with us and let us be as involved as we wanted to be as far as picking out finishes on our own and crediting us when we did end up getting thing ourselves.Our basement was a pretty in-depth project. It’s an older house and didn’t have a bathroom rough in, and they had to move the main stack to make room for the bathroom. All in all we were very happy and have recommended them to a coworker, who was also quite happy. The only stressful part was that sometimes I would need to pick out something on short notice (I am not a fast decision maker and so a few days notice to have the plumbing fixtures picked out was not easy for me). I’d definitely use On Time again. Just be prepared to do some of the design aspect yourself if you want a wide selection. Some of the options we were given were limited, but he was fine with me picking out stuff on my own (tile, quartz counters, etc)(Side note, I initially thought they were a franchise, but they are not. “First a Disclosure: Ryan is my neighbor but before this project we only had a 'wave and smile' acquaintance.
We had a great first meeting about this project. I had presented him with my plans and dimensions along with a 'must have' list and a 'wish list'. He was exceptionally collaborative, insightful, and knowledgeable. I had some some 'wants' that I didn't know if they would work or not and Ryan worked to get as many of those as we could working within our budget.

“I had a bathtub/shower surround from 1998 removed and now have a gorgeous walk-in shower plus 2 vanity tops replaced. Neighbor's had used this company and were extremely pleased so I reached out for a bid. John was very helpful in steering me to materials and where to get the best prices on tile. I had honestly been trying to keep the price lower by looking at other shower surrounds at Menards thinking that porcelain tile would be too expensive. Once I educated myself and really studied John's bid I realized with his company there was so much work under the shower and behind the walls hence labor costs that is not possible with cheap systems nor those 1-2 day installs . John and his workers do such quality work that there is no comparison. I have such high praise for the 2 skilled guys who worked here for 10 days. When I reached out to my financial adviser to transfer funds into my checking for payment he was surprised. He said he hears of much higher figures and asked for info to reach out for himself as has another neighbor. As a senior widow it is always scary trusting companies to not take advantage. “My wife and I decided to replace our 25 year old cedar deck boards and railing after refinishing and replacing a few boards every couple of years. I used a list service to get a few contractors in my area. Out of the handful that I called we ended up selecting Chris and Entire Exteriors for a few reasons that put them ahead of the others that responded. First was the time that Chris took listening to what we wanted and inspecting the deck to see if the structure was sound. Second, was the thorough itemized estimate that held true until the end. “Drew respond to my inquiry for gutters in a prompt time. Even when I changed my mind about the gutter color, he accommodated it with no complaint.
I did not expect them to make the gutters in front of my house bit that was very cool. My youngest daughter was very interested in everything they were doing.
They did have to adjust attachments to our mudroom since previous owners didn't do a good job.
They crew worked quickly and were very nice and professional. I would highly recommend them. Especially since they have years of experience and local.“

“Christian and his team replaced my roof back in 2022 as part of the purchase agreement when I bought the home. I was having issues with ice dams and water penetration with the dormers for the last few years. I called him up when I had a leak from the latest rain that we got. It was determined that the flashing along the dormers was installed incorrectly. He was willing to have the crew come out and reinstall the correct step flashing.

The fact that he was willing to help make it right and stand behind his work nearly 4 years later speaks volume. He didn’t complain about it, he didn’t try to argue with me or downplay the issue. “We had a major kitchen remodel, where the wall between the kitchen and dining room was taken out and the whole area gutted to the studs. After choosing a design we liked the demolition started as we chose colors, cupboards, tile and quartz countertops. We had trips to Ferguson Home for the kitchen sink and the faucet, and Warners Stellian for appliances. Allof the contracted workers were very friendly and did great work, from plumbing and electrical to sheet rocking, painting, and wood floor installation.
