“The staff were super helpful in a stressful, time-sensitive situation (finding a flea on a dog the day of a planned flight). Got the pup in and out of a flea bath with helpful advice going forward in around an hour. Insanely good service from the front desk to the groomers.“

“I typically groom my two dogs myself but have been recovering from surgery while they've been enjoying the hot summer and getting extra stinky from it. I decided rather than wait til I could do it myself to get them full service baths and could not have been more pleased with this experience. The communication leading up to the appointment was quick, friendly, and clear. They even accommodated a last minute time change for me. They treated my dogs with patience and care- working well with both my older gal and young sassy girl, and didn't push either past their comfort level while still providing an excellent glow up. I appreciated the details they shared of how the groom went, and also that they had lots of treats in the lobby for me to choose from to reward the girls after (they each got a jerky treat but they sell bubbles, plushies, squakies, and even leashes/collars). The perfume was a very nice scent and not overwhelming. They even picked little bows/bandanas that matched my dogs collars/leash. So cute! I am a fan and will return.“

“Had a grooming appointment this past Thursday and experienced car trouble. I live quite close— but not close enough to walk there in time for the appointment for which I was running late. She came and picked my little buddy up.

The grooming services were 10/10 as usual— but the willingness to help when I needed it was even more appreciated.

“The groomers here are all great, they got my American Eskimo dog and my longhair cat both looking beautiful!“

“Wow I should have started taking my dog here much sooner! Nail trimming at home had been a weekly 20+ minute ordeal with our 4 year old Boston terrier. We were in, and out in less than 10 minutes and she did great! They really have it down to a system and do a great job handling the dogs. We will be coming back more often! 🐶❤🐾“
