“Curtis and his team were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The technician arrived on time, explained the work clearly, and completed everything efficiently. Overall, a smooth experience and solid service.”
“I have used Stanley Steemer twice in Lakeville, Minnesota. Both times I have received exceptional service. Jaime B was my technician on both occasions and did an outstanding job. This last job that I gave him was intensive as it was a large home, upholstery as well as a garage. Before moving in, I wanted to have my home cleaned, and I knew that this was going to be a significant effort, but Jaime arrived on time and spent over four hours completing the task. My home looks beautiful and is moving ready. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer out of Eden Prairie.”
“Man, these guys ( Ben, Jon & Seth ) did an amazing job with our belongings and our house. I also want to say I appreciate the candidness with which Dominic and Ben used when describing the processes that this kind of job entails. ( Our house caught on fire ). It IS a long process and while we miss living in our house right now, living in it later with no lingering odors/ chemicals is paramount, especially with kids and pets. I also feel like they treated our things with the utmost respect, like they were their own belongings. Hats off to ALL at Servpro, we appreciate you!!”
