Minneapolis & Suburban Sewer

The city was unable to turn off our water for a plumbing repair and sent us a letter stating that our valve pipe at the street was bent and we were responsible for repair. I reached out to Ron and Kevin at Minneapolis Suburban Sewer and Water and they went above and beyond to fix the valve without needing to replace the pipe. The valve was stuck because the house is older. After working to blow out debris and remove corrosion, they were able to get the valve to open and close, saving us a lot of money. They made several trips to the house and coordinated with the city to approve the work. Their charge was extremely reasonable. I cannot say enough about their professionalism,… read full review

I had to have my sewer line repaired in my 1900 home due to cracks in an old cast iron sewer pipe and tree roots getting inside the line and clogging it. Minneapolis & Suburban Sewer and Water was the lowest priced bid, their bid included a longer liner and a less invasive process in my basement. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job-included cleaning up the area around where they had to dig in the front yard. I highly recommend them!

M&SSW did great work repairing and relining the main line in our 100+ year old house. They removed and repaired part of the old clay piping and then relined the entire path from our house to the street. They preserved the boulevard plants and minimized any damage to the lawn from digging the hold in the front yard. They have a very skilled crew and were courteous and efficient with their work. All at a reasonable price. I recommend them for anyone looking to do the same.
