“Wonderful experience all around! Appreciated James and the entire Emerald City team. Waiting in the Sauna prior to the massage was a wonderful way to prepare physically and mentally for the massage and also to let the massage soak in after.

“I’m long overdue in writing this review, but I still think about how grateful I am to Charmaine at MN NAF! Salon, and she absolutely deserves the recognition.

I was only in town briefly for an event and was feeling very self-conscious about my thinning, frayed hair. Charmaine gave me a haircut that not only looked beautiful right away, but also grew out incredibly well and brought back a sense of volume, movement, and bounce that I hadn’t seen in my hair in a long time. When I returned home, a friend told me it was the best haircut I’d had in years and I completely agree!

I’m incredibly grateful I was able to get an appointment with her while I was in town. If I lived in the area, she would absolutely be my regular stylist. I cannot recommend her highly enough!“

“Betsy is seriously the BEST. I’ve been to quite a few salons and med spas around the Twin Cities, and nothing has come close to my experience with her. She was very honest with me and didn’t try to push me into getting more services than I needed, which was so refreshing. In the past, I’ve felt like other places were more focused on getting me to spend more and do more than I wanted—but that’s not the case with Betsy at all.

We did a really thorough consultation beforehand, and when I came back for Botox and injectables, she was so gentle and precise. I was honestly blown away by the results—everything looks so natural. She truly just enhanced my features instead of changing my face (which I’ve seen happen at other places). She did exactly what I was hoping for, but even better than I could have imagined.

He did an amazing job transforming my long, damaged hair into a super fun and bouncy fairy mullet ?‍♀️ My hair is wavy, very coarse and low porosity and he had no problem dealing with my hair.
