Dr. Harris and her team have been so helpful with my senior kitty. They’re straightforward about pricing, and don’t try to recommend anything unnecessary. They really care about people’s pets, and it shows.
As a bonus, there’s a cat that hangs out in the lobby. Sometimes they have kittens up for adoption. I also saw a chicken in there once. It was pretty cool.
Im so glad I was recommended this pet hospital for my dogs final goodbyes. On such a sad day and difficult one, the staff was very welcoming as well as thoughtful. A candle was lit in the reception room to inform others of a grieving family (us). A touch above the rest was when we came back a week later to get Sasha's remains and take her home. The man who held the package her box and paw prints were in held her with reverence and I'll never forget that. We weren't a number or a dollar sign to a single person in this place, we were a family who lost a family member. Thank you all. Each and every one of you.
Every time I've taken any of my pets to MetroPet has been wonderful. Everyone in the office is compassionate and clearly cares for for animals. All my questions have been answered and I've felt respected and heard when making decisions for my pets health.
