Everyone is always very helpful and treats me and all my pets like we are all family! I was bringing in my dog and a large cat at the same time. I was greeted in the parking lot by 2 staff to help me bring them in. They did the same without me asking when I left. Communication is always fast and willing to answer questions not matter how many or silly they may be. Appreciate everyone!
The staff at South Hyland are great. Without a doubt they care about the animals people bring in. They took excellent care of both of my dogs and are especially patient with the difficult animals. My 126 pound Great Pyraneese didn't want to go into the exam rooms so we put him on a floor mat and slid him in there and did everything they could to make sure he gets his vaccinations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good place to take their pets.
We've trusted South Hyland for 20ish years for guinea pigs, dogs and a cat. Its hard to find a place where you feel like your concerns are really listened to and addressed. Great Vet!
