Joel did a great job with my haircut and made the appointment very comfortable. He was friendly, talked with me, and kept the experience enjoyable throughout.
At the end, I noticed the sides were a bit longer than I wanted, so I mentioned it to him. Joel didn’t hesitate at all, he kindly asked me to wait a few minutes and made the necessary adjustments right away. After that, the haircut was exactly what I was looking for, and I was very satisfied.
His outstanding service turned a small issue into a great example of professionalism. I would definitely recommend his work 100%.
I’ve been coming to this barbershop for over 6 years. The attention to detail is impeccable. Very professional. I always leave feeling great. Great prices compared to the mall or similar shops. It’s a great spot in MPLS. A great bakery and coffee shop next door make a day of it. I bring my nephew with me too he loves it also. I think it’s something special when you can bring kids to a barbershop and they like it.
I thoroughly enjoy my times here. I am not an easy person to please when I get my haircut. I can be quite picky. Icon Barbers meets and exceeds my expectations every time. They can add new flavor to dull and old styles. Making your experience new each time you go.
