When I reached out for a quote for stump grinding, Chris was quick to respond and gave a reasonable estimate for the following day. Unfortunately the preferred stump grinding machine could not be safely driven into my fenced yard, and with the equipment he had the assigned crew member was only able to remove the main root ball, leaving some pretty big roots where I wanted to plant another tree. When I followed up to tell Chris I was honestly disappointed with how many roots remained compared to what he described could be done, he apologized and offered to send someone back with an alternate tool to finish the job that had been promised. Metro Stump Grinding guys were very easy to deal with and prices were very competitive. They took out 3 stumps for us and were in and out very quickly and cleaned everything up nice. Highly recommend.
