I have been seeing Andrea for myofascial release (MFR) therapy regularly now for months. I have tried what feels like just about every therapy on the market for chronic joint and muscle pain and MFR has been by far the most helpful for me. I used to think I needed painful deep tissue massage to release painful muscles, so I was shocked to experience how much more helpful gentle, slow MFR has been for me. It is non painful and highly effective. Andy is gentle, attentive, and individualizes therapy specifically for you depending on what you need as your body changes week to week. I highly recommend Unwind Within and seeing Andrea specifically.

Unsure what to expect on my 1st visit. Very quickly put at ease by Julie. Discussed what was going on with me, and off to work she went. Next day, felt like she had worked a miracle and my pain was almost gone, and I had 80% more movement than I had when I went to her. We bought a package and got a good deal. Thank you Julie. ❤️❤️

The staff is personable and welcoming but also deeply knowledgeable. I always leave my sessions feeling significantly better and with helpful suggestions on ways to further my care at home. I feel lucky to have this place in the neighborhood!
