I called Trio Landscaping last fall to discuss a landscaping project we needed for our backyard. This is a duplex that hasn't had much loving care to the landscape due to it being a rental property. Now that my husband and I, the owners, moved in, we wanted a space that felt "finished", cozy and a place where we would like to hang out. Diana, the owner of Trio Landscaping, was excellent to work with. She spent a lot of time getting a good understanding of our budget and what we wanted before she created a plan and sent it to us. I have worked with Trio several years ago when they designed and installed our front yard patio. Trio will now do a backyard redesign for us. The process started with a Zoom call and tour of the backyard. It was interesting to show the yard via a Zoom call and then have Diana so some preliminary design on the same Zoom. I think it was a great way to start the process.

I had a consultation with Diana at Trio for a front slope project. Over the past couple of seasons I've received countless estimates and ideas from other landscapers that I ended up not liking, or the sales reps didn't really invest the time, or they ghosted, and in contrast working with Diana was refreshing. She really listened to my concerns and my likes/dislikes and let that guide our conversation. I'm very happy with my experience with Trio so far and decided to hire them to create the plan for my project. I can finally be excited about this project and that is priceless.
