We just had our first visit to Modern Love Veterinary and Dr. Michelle Donald. While the reviews that led us here were mostly glowing, there were a couple that said their experience was rushed or impersonal. That could not have been further from our experience. Dr. Donald had reviewed all of Mabel's history, performed a comprehensive exam, and discussed her condition (Mabel had pneumonia - she's okay now). She was thorough and straightforward, didn't talk down to us, and made sure we understood everything. That's what you would expect from a good vet. I have been taking my little dude Seeni here ever since I got him so for about 4 yrs now! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! I recently had to take him in for an emergency visit due to heat exhaustion and a touch of asthma. They were able to get me in 1 hour after I called! Being a first time pet owner they have given me so much reassurance and guidance throughout the years! Definitely wouldn’t feel comfortable taking my little dude anywhere else!
Such an affordable and great clinic! Truly cares about my Shih Tzu and is very responsive. My dog has been a patient here for two years.
