They took great care of my elder dog. We’re kind when he nervously pooped on the floor upon entering the office. We cognizant of cost and communicated excellently. He ended up needing surgery (tooth extractions) and the through the entire process I was grateful for the Modern Love team, their care and attention to my dog.
We just had our first visit today and I was blown away. Ended up crying in the car because of how relieved I was. My pup has needed trazadone and sometimes a muzzle previously and today needed neither! So happy I found them. The whole team was great and super supportive and kind.
We just had our first visit to Modern Love Veterinary and Dr. Michelle Donald. While the reviews that led us here were mostly glowing, there were a couple that said their experience was rushed or impersonal. That could not have been further from our experience. Dr. Donald had reviewed all of Mabel's history, performed a comprehensive exam, and discussed her condition (Mabel had pneumonia - she's okay now). She was thorough and straightforward, didn't talk down to us, and made sure we understood everything. That's what you would expect from a good vet.
