I have ongoing chronic pain issues due to past medical treatments and changes due to aging. My back pain was lessened significantly in just one massage session. I immediately made a follow up massage appointment and I am optimistic that continuing massages with other services at Constellation will help me achieve a better quality of life. My chronic pain will not disappear but I believe it will be more manageable with the treatments I am receiving at Constellation.

I recently had an acupuncture and cupping session to address persistent sciatica pain and "tech neck" from my office job. Emily was fantastic and asked detailed questions about my condition to ensure the treatment would be tailored to my needs. I was nervous of the needles so she took the time to walk me through what she was doing, it's purpose, what sensations I may experience, proper aftercare, etc. It's clear her knowledge ran deep and I was in good hands. The effects were immediately apparent on the walk to my car. I have worked with Steph for a couple of years and highly recommend. She is down to earth, super knowledgeable and kind. She is incredible at fire cupping and finding the sweet spots that help release my chronic shoulder & nec tension. I always look forward to my visits with her.
