Both artists were incredibly kind, talented, and detail oriented and they both took the time to help me find and trial colors. My first gel manicure with Lucia lasted 3 weeks and would have lasted longer, I'm sure, if I hadn't already booked a follow up. The salon itself is impeccably clean and everyone I've interacted with has been welcoming and vibrant. I can't recommend Nail Ninja highly enough!“

“A friend recommended Cryptid in response to my plaintive request on FB for a hair salon that would actually shave the areas of my head I wanted shaved and not A) give me an A-line bob or shaggy pixie or 'Karen' hair, B) make sad noises over what a shame it was to cut 'such nice hair'. My hair was long, not nice, and it needed to go away. I called and left a message, Abbey called me back and set up an appointment and this past week I went in and she shaved where I wanted it shaved and cut the rest to the length I'd asked. It was extremely satisfying to watch the hair go away. I love the cut, I really like the ambiance of the salon and the bright, cheerful colours everywhere. Will definitely be back the next time I need my hair shaved off!“

“These ladies are very hard working and take their time to do a good job. Went there for a pedicure a couple times and always walked out feeling brand new and refresh. They can get busy so you might have to schedule a few days out sometimes. But that just means they have regulars who always come back like me. Would definitely recommend CT Nails for your pedicure and manicure needs.“

Got in same-day, and having no knowledge of any of the stylists, I was put on Summer's calendar. She was very pleasant to chat with, and still focused on getting my hair as I liked it, stopping frequently to ask about my preferences. “I visit the WestEnd pretty regularly. I was pleased to see a new nail salon! (Or at least new to me ) On a Sunday afternoon, I did not have an appointment so I was a "walk-in" which they have signage stating "walk-ins welcome". I was promptly greeted and was asked to check in on the mobile POS at the front desk. This was the first time I've ever seen a digital check in at a nail salon - it was easy to manage and I enjoyed it! It was only a minute or two before I was given a station to sit at. They have great colors to choose from and a clean and fresh ambiance. The nail tech was so sweet, offered me a beverage and took great care of my nails. My gel polish manicure is going on 7 days and is still going strong! I will be going back!“
