“The staff were super helpful in a stressful, time-sensitive situation (finding a flea on a dog the day of a planned flight). Got the pup in and out of a flea bath with helpful advice going forward in around an hour. Insanely good service from the front desk to the groomers.“

“Had a grooming appointment this past Thursday and experienced car trouble. I live quite close— but not close enough to walk there in time for the appointment for which I was running late. She came and picked my little buddy up.

The grooming services were 10/10 as usual— but the willingness to help when I needed it was even more appreciated.
