Artofbarbering is a friendly and organized barber shop that offers great haircuts in a welcoming environment. Customers appreciate the attentive barbers who take their time and listen carefully. The shop has a warm, community-like atmosphere reminiscent of old black barbershops. Located in a nice building with convenient parking, it provides quick services and makes clients feel like valued guests. Many recommend it for its quality and friendly staff.
Outside of pointing out some fade failure (which he was receptive to the communication), I was pleased with Van's skills. The $43 charge that included swipe fee came at a surprise but I can understand the rising costs of supplies. If ever in the area again I just might fall through. Respect and best of luck
Van the Barber did an amazing job! This was my first visit, and it was easy to set up an appointment for early the next day. Great conversation too. Just wish I had checked the shop out sooner!
I’ve been coming to Art of Barbering since November 2025, and it’s been an outstanding experience every time. My barber is Van, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. As someone who is blind, I have to put a lot of trust in my barber. I usually just show Van a reference photo, and from there I trust his skill and creativity. Every time I leave the shop, people compliment my haircut and tell me how fresh and clean it looks. After my most recent cut in June, someone even told me that with every haircut, Van somehow keeps getting better.
