“Christian and his team replaced my roof back in 2022 as part of the purchase agreement when I bought the home. I was having issues with ice dams and water penetration with the dormers for the last few years. I called him up when I had a leak from the latest rain that we got. It was determined that the flashing along the dormers was installed incorrectly. He was willing to have the crew come out and reinstall the correct step flashing.<br><br>The fact that he was willing to help make it right and stand behind his work nearly 4 years later speaks volume. He didn’t complain about it, he didn’t try to argue with me or downplay the issue. He just did the right thing, even when it probably wasn’t convenient for him. He is someone that I would want to do business with in the future.”

“I’ve had Trio do two different landscaping projects for me and they have both turned out well. The staff worked with me to come up with a design that would work and then did the work without issue.<br><br>The first project was rocks and plants around the garage and house in order to make it look nicer and drain much better. The second project was replacing cement with paver stones for the walk leading to my garage. The paver stones have worked out exceptionally well and a number of the neighbors have commented on how nice they look. They are much easier to clear of snow than the cement was.<br><br>I am very satisfied with the work Trio has done and would hire them again.”
