Great experience. Their voicemail very clearly explains their services and how they operate. Justin called me multiple times as we played phone tag to set up a quote. The guys that come over gave me pricing for two versions of the job I was trying to get done and helped me talk through my options. They left to head to their next job, which ended early, so they called me back to see if I wanted same day service. I hired Erik Nelson plumbing to replace my water main shutoff valves, replace supply lines in my basement and leading to my second floor, and install new shower plumbing. Their plumbers were very knowledgeable, professional, and detail-oriented. They were considerate as well. They needed to cut multiple holes in my walls to access supply lines, which is very dusty work, but kept my house as clean as they found it when the job was done. They were great with my pets and family. Prices were fair and transparent. I'd absolutely hire Erik Nelson Plumbing again.
