“The Austin Family, we had a loved one passed away in another state and we needed him to be transferred back home for proper burial and closure for his kids, family, and friends. That process was stressful. However, we reached out to Billman Hunt Funeral Chapel and set up a time to meet with Rob Jr. Upon meeting with Rob jr. our worries has started to fade away. Rob explained the whole process about funeral service and gave us all of the options. He was respectful, attentive, and honest. Rob Jr was there to answer any questions that came up. He assured us that he will bring our loved one home and he did just that! Rob Jr made things easier for us as we was dealing with so much at that time. The service was beautiful and went as planned.
