I am over the moon satisfied with my entire experience at Gem! Trying out a new place can be fun, and this salon was absolutely worth every second. The location is nestled in a chill yet happenin' part of the city, and the salon space itself is the most hip, eclectic and chic place I've ever set foot in. Kat was so kind and charming, and she gave me a fun new look (blowout) that I felt I could own fearlessly. Seldom does this happen, so I am super grateful to have been pampered by her! Cat did such an amazing job and not just on my hair! I was very nervous about bleaching my hair lighter but she was always reassuring and careful! Now my hair feels healthier than when I came in AND it's gorgeous. Book with her- she's an angel!

This was my first visit to Gem salon. I really liked the space. I was here to get my color touched up and a haircut. I saw Christopher and he is the best! I think he spent 15 - 20 minutes talking with me and asking me questions in the beginning of the appointment, to make sure he understood what I was looking for. He gave a great head massage during the conditioning, stayed past closing time and did not rush. He is a very good stylist, my cut and color looks fabulous! I can't wait for my next appointment.Services: Balayage
