Joe is absolutely amazing. He's so kind, patient, and always keeps me updated about how my dogs did. My dogs, Sunny and Star, came home looking refreshed and happy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a groomer they can trust.

Always extremely friendly, efficient and gentle. Ziggy has had some unfortunate vet visits in the past that have made him sensitive to paw/back leg grooming, but Bonnie’s has always told me he’s done well with them. Certainly better than he is when I attempt on my own. I’ve been injured for the past few months and was not able to get Ziggy in as soon as I would have liked to for a curly haired breed, he had quite dense fur on those hind legs and Bonnie’s made him look polished and beautiful. I have been bringing my shi poo Roman to Royal Pets for several years.
Gets a great bath. I always bring him to Scarlett. Scarlet is the best she is funny she is professional she gets the job done I never have to worry did anything is messed up. She has a real good handling my Roman. He's always very excited to be there and of course very excited to leave. I would highly recommend Royal Pets particularly Scarlet great job.
