“My phone screen was damaged in the ocean. I brought in a dead phone with a broken screen and Henry was so kind in walking me through my options. These folks were able to fix my phone enough for me to get everything I needed from it and helped me wipe my personal data so I could confidently trade my phone in.
10/10 highly recommend.”
“This company has great service and has always treated me well. Very fast turnaround and fair prices and stand behind their work”
“I was faced with a fairly large IT issue for one of our main printers. I reached out to Rymark and Tim received our ticket. He took on the project having to reinstall this printer on every staff members computer! He was so prompt at solving this problem and this was a big undertaking as he had to call each person as to not interrupt their workflow. I love how careful the tech's are at Rymark to make sure we have what we need but ensure that we don't lose any of our work! Thank you again Tim for the impeccable customer service!”
