“Christian and his team replaced my roof back in 2022 as part of the purchase agreement when I bought the home. I was having issues with ice dams and water penetration with the dormers for the last few years. I called him up when I had a leak from the latest rain that we got. It was determined that the flashing along the dormers was installed incorrectly. He was willing to have the crew come out and reinstall the correct step flashing.

The fact that he was willing to help make it right and stand behind his work nearly 4 years later speaks volume. He didn’t complain about it, he didn’t try to argue with me or downplay the issue. He just did the right thing, even when it probably wasn’t convenient for him. He is someone that I would want to do business with in the future.“

“Jimmy and Bobby are great! They really care about customer satisfaction. A roofing project is a big and messy affair. They know that and they work hard to make it go as smoothly as possible even though we all know there will be challenges. My home has a flat roof and these guys know what they are doing. I'm sure they do other kinds of roofing well too. The project involved two big days with many people on site. The crew was pretty big and well organized. It was hot but they pushed hard all day in the hot sun. Smaller crews came over on other days to do metal work and other smaller details. They got it done as quickly as possible considering all the work to do, the weather and the additional constraint of mine to work with an insulator contractor. I got three bids and they were not the lowest, but I went with them bc they impressed me with their attention to detail and to listening to me. It's expensive, but a good value.“

Out of the handful that I called we ended up selecting Chris and Entire Exteriors for a few reasons that put them ahead of the others that responded. First was the time that Chris took listening to what we wanted and inspecting the deck to see if the structure was sound. Second, was the thorough itemized estimate that held true until the end. Third was the second trip to the house to review decking and railing samples. The renovation took a few days longer than planned, which happens with most projects.
