He was able to get our door to close easier without having to shove it closed and made a door plate around the keypad that he installed to look more elegant. He also changed out the double-sided key deadbolt for one that had a thumb turn on the inside and it looks great! I could tell that he strives for perfection and was very knowledgeable educating me on everything related to the locks. John at the shop was very kind and helped answer so many of the lock issues/questions I had. I had extra keys made here that haven’t snapped in half or have trouble turning like the 3 other hardware stores I’ve tried. This is definitely where I would continue going if I had lock issues or repairs needed!“
