I was required to use Mason's by American Home Ins. I was very worried since the reviews I read here were lousy.
My 25yo furnace died Sun morn at 3am and had to be replaced. Mason's guy was here at 2pm, Sun and told me what I needed, including a new furnace. That began the fight with American Home. Long story short, I was on the phone for at least 6 hours, mostly on hold, while they found the loop hole to force me to spend $1300. I will not renew the policy with Amer Home BUT I will absolutely use Masons, again.
The guys were here within 18hrs our authorization, removed the old furnace and put in the new one. When my AC dies, or sooner, I'll bring Masons back...read full review
