“I’ve been to a lot of paint stores, by far the customer service and professionalism I got here were beyond anywhere else! I came on a Saturday as it is usually not packed. I gave Steve 4 bagged samples I needed matched. I came back about 3 hours later and he had my whole order done, and my matches were absolutely perfect! I will keep shopping there as now they have 2 awesome knowledgeable paint staff. I encourage people to go and if you had a bad experience try again I’ve had one but they stepped up there store guys seriously. “Absolutely incredible. This is the first time I write a review on a business which I did not hire to do anything. The owner, Stephen Shaffer, showed up at our house promptly at the appointed hour. He was most knowleable and courteous. My wife and I just assumed our floor needed refinishing or waxing. Mr. Shaffer took one look and told us our floor could not be waxed. He proceeded to explain to us how to clean the floor. He was most cordial and helpful. He took his time to make sure we understood what we needed to do. Basically he gave us a free consultation on how to take care of the floor.To sum up, should I ever require floor repairs or embark on a new construction project, Stephen would undoubtedly be my first point of contact.
