“I was originally going to give three stars… because the receptionist is very rude. I hope management reads my review in entirety.I drove to the office to ask if they could rewrite my prescription because I lost the sheet. The receptionist says I need to provide a 24-hour notice. I explained that I called the office multiple times last week to see if I could have the rx emailed to me, but they never answered the phone.I have a busy work schedule so I decided to take a day off work and do a few errands and one of them was to stop in the office and pick up my prescription. When I got to the office the receptionist was very rude and insisted that I need to provide a 24-hour notice for a prescription rewrite. I asked if they had it on file and she said they do not keep prescriptions on file and the doctor has to rewrite it, but the doctor is busy with another patient and I can come back tomorrow. I explained that I took a day off work to get this sorted out and it only takes a minute to fill out the prescription so I don’t mind waiting for the doctor to finish up with their current patient. She kept insisting I leave, with a rude condescending tone. Eventually the doctor walked out and I asked if she could rewrite the script, which she kindly did. She remembered me which was nice because I’m sure she sees lots of patients.The doctors are great, but the one receptionists has a terrible attitude and speaks in a condescending tone to customers. I didn’t feel right giving less stars because it is not the doctors fault, but I hope this is reviewed and the receptionist improves her attitude when dealing with customers in the future.“

“Glasses broke and had to update my prescription. Decided to call and set up and appointment, and was able to go in the next week! Went in they were super nice and welcoming. I didn't have to pay for anything since it was covered by insurance, I did pay for the extra eye exam but worth it. The Dr. was very nice and very quick but thorough with the exam! Walked out with my new prescription.“
