I'm absolutely obsessed with my hair, after seeing Justine. The color and cut is amazing. Justine is a true hair colorist expert! I used to get my hair done by Justine for years in Boston and when she told me she was moving to Virgina Beach I was quite sad. After trying 2 other colorist in Boston I called Justine and asked if she can squeeze me in in 2 days. She was flexible and able to make this short time line work! The cutest salon in all of Norfolk/VB! Gives the best boho, beachy vibes I missed so much coming from the west coast. The salon is absolutely beautiful, the girls are all so friendly and cute and the whole experience is top notch. Sarah has done my hair multiple times and always nails it! I leave feeling so beautiful- from the cut to the color to the conversation, everything about it is magical. Have recommended this salon and Sarah to all of my VA girlfriends. I would only go to a hair salon that made me feel like 5 stars and Salt Hair Collective does just that! So if you are looking for a place to take care of your hair, then this is it. My stylist is Summer and she is really wonderful. She asks what I want done at each appointment, gives her recommendation, and always takes her time. It is important to me that I feel her focus is on me while I'm in her chair and she does that.
