I started last December with team 10 but switched to team 8 after they covered for team 10 after two months. I was extremely pleased with the difference in service that I requested the change with the office. The staff was helpful and very professional. I have been remiss in providing a review however I will remedy this moving forward. Shea is the team 8 leader. She is outstanding and her team is awesome. They are professional and friendly. My bathrooms and kitchen are spotless after each visit. The entire house is dust free and sanitized. I recommend Molly Maid to my friends and associates. I have been a customer of Molly Maid for numerous years. The employees in the office are kind and more than accommodating with changes in my schedule. Here's the challenge for me and any team that cleans my home. "Dog Hair." As much as I try to stay on top of it, it still ends up everywhere. The teams at Molly Maid are always so understanding. My dog is shedding a lot this time of year. Two days ago Molly Maid was at my home cleaning and when I returned home I was absolutely amazed at how spotless, dust-free and "hairless" everything was.
