Had a Friday morning issue with a crown falling off. My Brambleton office was closed so I visited Granby office for assistance. Reception, Dr. Smith-Kayal and RDH Homaria came to the rescue, got me into the chair and recemented it back into place. Great job and many thanks to you all.
I have never had a bad experience going to Konikoff. No pain, no unexpected fees and no problems after I leave the office. The staff is great, the service is wonderful. During my last visit (two weeks ago) to for my six month cleaning, my Hygienist notice a small pimple on my gum. The pimple was an infection that had not cleared itself and was performed an Endodontist. I received expedited and satisfied service from both the Konikoff staff and the Endodontist. I highly recommend Konikoff. They are the best! My three young adult daughters speak very highly of Konikoff as well.
I am seen on time, everyone is pleasant, helpful and considerate. Lisa is my hygienist, she is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Dr. Smith is my dentist and she is top notch. The office staff deserves a lot of credit as well, they go out of their way to meet my needs.
