“I went in a few months ago because my lower back had finally gotten so bad that I could barely put socks and shoes on. I was dealing with daily sciatic pain that made it difficult to drive nevertheless sit at the table long enough to have breakfast with my partner. The doctors went over my xrays with me and showed me exactly the cause of my pain- it was extremely validating to see the image of my back and be able to SEE where my pain was coming from. The staff is friendly and knows their stuff- the doctors are awesome. I was greeted by name every week when I went in and treated with care and respect. They even managed to help relieve my tennis elbow symptoms that I was sure wouldn't ever go away. I would reccommend these kind people to anyone dealing with chronic pain- I was skeptical about chiropractic care but seeing is believing. I feel so so so much better than i did on my first visit and my baseline, daily level of pain is lower than it has been in years and the only change I made was weekly chiropractic visits, and keeping in mind the advise given to me by these professionals during my daily work. I cannot thank them enough!“

“Chiropractor, Ryan Rooyakkers is AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, down to earth, and passionate about his craft. I have been to chiropractors before, who typically would just adjust my back and tell me to keep coming back each week. No actual plan for betterment, no notes to track improvement, no care in general. Dr. Rooyakkers not only adjusts you, tracks your progress and cares, but he also gives you advice on what you can do outside of adjustments to better your circumstances. As long as I’m in VA, he’ll be the location I go to! There massages are amazing too! I don’t get those as often, but when I do, it definitely helps just that much more.“

And if you are like me and dont do the exercises because you're tried or lazy. Dr. Niblo's lovely lady staff can always fit you in for an emergency visit. Dr Niblo is kind, listens and has great bedside manners. So if your pain, try this chiropractor. And remember he adjusts your neck, he doesn't pop it. I know I've been a faithful patient here for 4 years now.“
