“The infrared sauna was a good experience, it didn’t feel that much different than a dry sauna at a gym. The massage was definitely worth it and the therapist was attentive to my trigger points. The float could be a good experience, but I am a very tall guy and did not fit in the pod enough to receive the actual relaxation. They gave me a great discount for being active duty military and were very kind.“
