My sister has some areas of thinning hair, so it's challenging to give her a good hair cut. Krista cut and styled her hair to flatter her and give the impression of more fullness. “I have been contemplating getting a Brazilian for quite some time but was terrified because of what I had heard about the pain. A few months ago, I asked some folks for their opinions and recommendations, and Smooth was one of the top pics (as well as Starla). So, I finally decided to bite the bullet and get one done.Long story short, from the first point of arrival to the end, the process was amazing. Nova was extremely welcoming and cheerful and Starla was amazing in keeping my nerves calm. I don't necessarily consider myself to have a really high pain tolerance, but 10/10 - I would do this again. All in all, there were maybe 2-3 "ouch" points, but it wasn't like an unbearable experience by any means.Following my session, I immediately signed up for the membership - I'm not using a razor from here on out.Smooth Downtown is phenomenal!“

“The work done was beautifully, although I did need to remove them prematurely due to a complication in my eye. My appointment was scheduled for 2:15 and although my lash tech sent me a text informing me of her tardiness, there was no apology or anything upon her arrival. I waited 35 minutes and it was 2:50 when I was over it and on my way out the door to leave when she arrived so I just let her do my lashes anyways. Wouldn’t see myself coming here again.Addendum: Appreciate that the lash tech reached out later with concern and apologized for the tardiness.“
